Refund policy

At Artepious, every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Since our products are fragile (idols/murtis), we follow a strict quality policy.

✅ Replacement is applicable only if:

Product is received damaged or broken

Box Opening Video is mandatory (without cut/skip/edit)

Video must clearly show:

Sealed package

Opening process

Damaged product

📌 Without box opening video, no replacement or refund will be accepted.

❌ Return / Refund is NOT applicable in following cases:

If customer does not like the product

If product looks different due to lighting or photography

If gift box is not included (box shown only for representation)

If box opening video is not provided

If product is used or mishandled

If damage is caused after delivery

💰 Refund Policy

Refund is processed only if replacement is not possible

Refund will be done after:

Verification of box opening video

Internal quality check approval

Refund will be credited within 5–7 working days to original payment method

📦 Important Points:

Replacement request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

Customer must share:

Order ID

Box opening video

Images of damaged product

No return or refund on COD orders once accepted
