Welcome to Artepious. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. 📦 Product & Packaging

All products are carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch.

Product images/videos are for representation purposes only. Minor color or design variations may occur due to lighting and screen resolution.

Gift box shown in photos/videos is only for display purposes unless clearly mentioned.

2. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch time: 1–3 working days after order confirmation.

Delivery time depends on courier partner and location (generally 4–7 working days).

Artepious is not responsible for courier delays, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. 🔁 Return, Replacement & Refund

Replacement is applicable only if product is received damaged or broken.

Box opening video is mandatory (without cut, pause, or edit).

Without video proof, no return, replacement, or refund will be accepted.

Replacement request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund will be processed only if replacement is not possible and after internal verification.

4. ❌ No Return / No Refund in following cases:

Change of mind / dislike of product

Size or design expectation mismatch

Color difference due to photography or lighting

No box opening video provided

Damage after delivery or mishandling by customer

Used or tampered product

5. 💳 Payments

All prepaid orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

COD orders once accepted cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Artepious reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:

Incorrect pricing

Stock unavailability

Suspicious or fraudulent activity

6. 📹 Proof & Verification

Customer must provide:

Order ID

Box opening video

Clear photos of damaged product

Artepious reserves full right to verify the claim before approving replacement or refund.

7. ⚠️ Liability Disclaimer

Artepious is not liable for:

Minor manufacturing imperfections

Courier handling damages without proof

Delays caused by courier partners

Incorrect address provided by customer

8. 📩 Communication

All order-related communication will be done via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS.

Customer is responsible for providing correct contact and delivery details.

9. 🛕 Intellectual Property

All content, images, videos, logo, and brand name “Artepious” are the property of Artepious and cannot be copied or used without permission.

10. ⚖️ Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to [Your City/State – India] jurisdiction only.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law.

11. 🔄 Policy Updates

Artepious reserves the right to change or update Terms & Conditions anytime without prior notice.
